Corsa America Rally APEX, and add-on to the Corsa America XEN Rally is pleased to announce On-Rally Dining Experiences, integrated with Award-Winning Hakkasan Group and Julian Serrano Restaurants. Included with the $1,500 APEX Package is 3 Luxury Dinners, 2 Ultra Premium Open Bars, All Parking & Resort Fees, Concierge Service, and Luggage Service. These culinary fine-dining experiences separate Corsa America Rally from it’s competitors, while still offering prices 60% less than competing rallies.

Dinner & Ultra-Premium Open Bar on Saturday November 4th, 2017 at Ivory on Sunset in Los Angeles, CA – Ivory on Sunset is inspired by the creativity of Hollywood’s golden age and timeless glamour. Experience locally sourced dishes while enjoying sweeping views of LA. With Executive Chef Brian Malarkey, Over the past eight years, Chef Brian Malarkey has created seven wildly successful restaurants across the United States with more expansion plans on the way within the next year. Under the management of Hakkasan Group – a worldwide entertainment, dining, nightlife, and hospitality company, Malarkey’s restaurants include Ivory on Sunset, Searsucker (San Diego, Del Mar, Austin, Las Vegas) and Herringbone (La Jolla, Santa Monica, Las Vegas and soon to be opened Waikiki and Los Cabos). Dinner & Ultra-Premium Open Bar on Monday November 6th, 2017 at Hakkasan Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV – Acclaimed worldwide for its unique take on modern Cantonese cuisine, the Hakkasan DNA is all about a relaxed mood with a sensual vibe. Its progressive interior design exudes a sultry Shanghai-Chinois chic, rich in texture and detail, and animated by a luxurious array of ambient sounds, scents and lighting. At the heart of the restaurant is the kitchen headed by Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of highly skilled wok and dim sum chefs. It is here Hakkasan classics are created, such as stir-fried black pepper rib–eye beef with Merlot and roasted silver cod with Champagne and Chinese honey. Dinner on Tuesday November 7th, 2017 at Julian Serrano at Aria in Las Vegas, NV – Award-winning Chef Julian Serrano, a two-time winner of the Prestigious James Beard Foundation Award (Best Chef Pacific 1998 & Best Chef Southwest 2002), and the Executive Chef of Picasso at Bellagio, now turns a discerning eye to the cuisine of his Spanish heritage as his eponymous restaurant, Julian Serrano at ARIA.
